Sea bass and crispy chips together…
Preparation time: 15 minutes.
Cooking time: 10 minutes.
INGREDIENTS
- 600 g Sea Bass
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Oranges
- 1 Tea Spoon of Honey
- 100 g Flour
- 500 g Sunflower Oil
- Salt
PREPARATION
- Clean the fish thoroughly; remove the fillets and cut into thin strips.
- Put strips in a pot, marinate with orange juice, honey and salt.
- Batter the strips with flour and egg and then fry in hot oil.
- This is a taste which adults as well as children cannot give up; serve it together with Corn Flakes and potato fingers or chips.
