Sea bass and crispy chips together…

Preparation time: 15 minutes.

Cooking time: 10 minutes.


  • 600 g Sea Bass
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Oranges
  • 1 Tea Spoon of Honey
  • 100 g Flour
  • 500 g Sunflower Oil
  • Salt


  1. Clean the fish thoroughly; remove the fillets and cut into thin strips.
  2. Put strips in a pot, marinate with orange juice, honey and salt.
  3. Batter the strips with flour and egg and then fry in hot oil.
  4. This is a taste which adults as well as children cannot give up; serve it together with Corn Flakes and potato fingers or chips.
