Taste of rocca and mustard…

INGREDIENTS
- 600 g Trout
- 1 Bundle of Rocca
- 1 Dessert Spoon of Mustard
- 2 Cloves of Garlic
- 1 Lemon
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Black Pepper
PREPARATION
- Clean and fillet the fish.
- Grind rocca leaves, mustard, garlic and olive oil in blender.
- Marinate the fillets in sauce for 1 hour and then cook in 200 degree oven for 30 minutes.
