ROCCA and MUSTARD SAUCE TROUT

Taste of rocca and mustard…

Preparation time: 1 hour.

Cooking time: 30 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

  • 600 g Trout
  • 1 Bundle of Rocca
  • 1 Dessert Spoon of Mustard
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1 Lemon
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper

PREPARATION

  1. Clean and fillet the fish.
  2. Grind rocca leaves, mustard, garlic and olive oil in blender.
  3. Marinate the fillets in sauce for 1 hour and then cook in 200 degree oven for 30 minutes.
