MUSSELS with VEGETABLES in POT

Mussel and vegetable feast…

Preparation time: 25 minutes.

Cooking time: 15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

  • 30 Pieces of Black
  • Shelled Mussel
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • 2 Table Spoons of Olive Oil
  • 2 Leaves of Celery
  • 1 Lemon
  • Black Pepper Corns

PREPARATION

  1. Clean thoroughly and wash the mussels considerably with a lot of water.
  2. Put them in a medium size pot and Mince the celery, garlic, black peppers, and olive oil.
  3. Add salt and lemon juice. It will become ready to serve within 15 minutes at low Centigrade temperatures.
