Mussel and vegetable feast…

INGREDIENTS
- 30 Pieces of Black
- Shelled Mussel
- 2 Cloves of Garlic
- 2 Table Spoons of Olive Oil
- 2 Leaves of Celery
- 1 Lemon
- Black Pepper Corns
PREPARATION
- Clean thoroughly and wash the mussels considerably with a lot of water.
- Put them in a medium size pot and Mince the celery, garlic, black peppers, and olive oil.
- Add salt and lemon juice. It will become ready to serve within 15 minutes at low Centigrade temperatures.
