CUTTLEFISH CASSEROLE

Cuttlefish with casserole difference…

Preparation time:20 minutes.

Cooking time:20 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 g Cuttlefish
  • 2 Mushrooms
  • 2 Green Capsicums (Green Peppers)
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • 100 g Butter
  • 100 g Mature Cheese
  • 10 Black Pepper Corns
  • 2 Tomatoes

Yapılışı:

  1. After cleaning the cuttlefish thoroughly, boil for 40
    minutes and dice into cubes.
  2. Sauté with mushroom, green pepper, garlic and tomato in
    butter; add grated mature cheese over it and cook in the over
    for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
