A harmony of basil and trout…

Preparation time: 20 minutes.

Cooking time: 30 minutes.


  • 600 g Trout
  • 200 g Cream
  • 2 Clove of Garlic
  • 100 g Olive Oil
  • 3 Leaves of Basil
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper


  1. Clean the trout thoroughly and wash with a lot of water then remove the fillets.
  2. Add olive oil on oven tray and cook the fish in hot oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
  3. Put cream in another pot, add salt, black pepper and chopped basil and boil for 5 minutes.
  4. Then, add this sauce on cooked fish and cook 10 more minutes in oven.
  5. The fish is ready to serve.
