INGREDIENTS
- 600 g Trout
- 200 g Cream
- 2 Clove of Garlic
- 100 g Olive Oil
- 3 Leaves of Basil
- Salt
- Black Pepper
PREPARATION
- Clean the trout thoroughly and wash with a lot of water then remove the fillets.
- Add olive oil on oven tray and cook the fish in hot oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Put cream in another pot, add salt, black pepper and chopped basil and boil for 5 minutes.
- Then, add this sauce on cooked fish and cook 10 more minutes in oven.
- The fish is ready to serve.
