Amazing aroma of tomato with trout…

  • 700 g Trout
  • 1 kg Tomato
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • Black Pepper Corns
  • 2 Table Spoon Olive Oil/li>
  • Salt


  1. Clean the trout and place in an oven tray.
  2. Sauté the minced tomato, garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper corns and bay leaf for 10 minutes and pour it over the fish.
  3. Cook the tray we prepared in 200 degree oven for 20 minutes.
  4. Before service, grate mature cheese over it and serve.
