INGREDIENTS
- 700 g Trout
- 1 kg Tomato
- 2 Cloves of Garlic
- 1 Bay Leaf
- Black Pepper Corns
- 2 Table Spoon Olive Oil/li>
- Salt
PREPARATION
- Clean the trout and place in an oven tray.
- Sauté the minced tomato, garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper corns and bay leaf for 10 minutes and pour it over the fish.
- Cook the tray we prepared in 200 degree oven for 20 minutes.
- Before service, grate mature cheese over it and serve.
