Preparation time: 15 minutes.

Cooking time: 10 minutes.


  • 600 g Bream
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 1 Onion
  • 10 g Capers
  • 50 g Cream
  • 1 Lemon
  • Yolk of 1 Egg
  • 20 g Flour


  1. Clean the fish then boil for 5 minutes with bay leaves and onion.
  2. Take the boiled fish from water and take the meats off.
  3. After draining the water put in a clean pot.
  4. Stir flour, cream, lemon sauce and yolk and make slurry in another container.
  5. Add slurry slowly to the fish water pot after it boiled add capers and cooked fish parts in and cook for 5 minutes more.
  6. The fish is ready to serve.
