SHRIMP SALAD

Preparation time: 20 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 g Shrimp
  • 1 Curly (Iceberg) Lettuce
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 5 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 100 g Olive Oil
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1/2 Bunch of Rocca
  • Salt

PREPARATION

  1. Clean the shrimps and cook in boiled water for 5 minutes.
  2. Mince the lettuce, add rocca and red onion, split cherry tomatoes into 4 and stir up with salad ingredients.
  3. Place the shrimps on it and add olive oil, freely adding lemon sauce to taste, and make ready to serve.
