SEA FOOD PASTA

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 g Taliatelle Macaroni
  • 100 g Squid
  • 100 g Octopus
  • 100 g Shrimp
  • 1 Clove of Garlic
  • 20 g Parmesan Cheese
  • 100 g Cream
  • 2 Leaves of Basil
  • 2 Table Spoons of Olive Oil
  • Ground Black Pepper
  • Salt

PREPARATION

  1. Cut the cleaned squid into rings and boil.
  2. Clean and boil the octopus and shrimp in the same way.
  3. Roast the garlic chopped with olive oil.
  4. Add cream, black pepper, salt, basil and boiled macaroni together with sea food, sauté and prepare the pasta.
  5. After putting the pasta on the plate, sprinkle parmesan cheese and make ready to serve.
