
Children’s favourite crispy Schnitzel…
Preparation time: 15 minutes.
Cooking time: 10 minutes.
INGREDIENTS
- 600 g Sea Bass Fillet
- 200 g Corn Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 200 g Flour
- 500 g Sunflower Oil
- Salt
PREPARATION
- Clean the fish thoroughly; cut away the fillets and remove all the bones.
- Pound to soften the fish; then add salt and baste with flour.
- Dip the fillets in a mixture of raw scrambled eggs, corn flour: cook in oil.
- Another taste which your children will enjoy is ready!
