Children’s favourite crispy Schnitzel…

Preparation time: 15 minutes.

Cooking time: 10 minutes.


  • 600 g Sea Bass Fillet
  • 200 g Corn Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 200 g Flour
  • 500 g Sunflower Oil
  • Salt


  1. Clean the fish thoroughly; cut away the fillets and remove all the bones.
  2. Pound to soften the fish; then add salt and baste with flour.
  3. Dip the fillets in a mixture of raw scrambled eggs, corn flour: cook in oil.
  4. Another taste which your children will enjoy is ready!
