Joy of pink dentex, ‘shish kebab’ style…
Preparation time: 30 minutes.
Cooking time: 35 minutes.
- 300 g Pink Dentex Fillet
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 Green Capsicums (Green Peppers)
- 4 Bay Leaves
- 100 g Flour
- 200 g Sunflower Oil
- 2 Lemons
- Split pink dentex in parts due to its size.
- Place the pieces of fish on skewers with tomatoes, bay leaves and green Capsicums.
- Salt the ready skewer.
- Then flour and butter it.
- Cooking over a charcoal grill or the oven on oiled paper at 200 degrees.
