PINK DENTEX on SKEWERS

Joy of pink dentex, ‘shish kebab’ style…

Preparation time: 30 minutes.

Cooking time: 35 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 g Pink Dentex Fillet
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 Green Capsicums (Green Peppers)
  • 4 Bay Leaves
  • 100 g Flour
  • 200 g Sunflower Oil
  • 2 Lemons
  • Salt

PREPARATION

  1. Split pink dentex in parts due to its size.
  2. Place the pieces of fish on skewers with tomatoes, bay leaves and green Capsicums.
  3. Salt the ready skewer.
  4. Then flour and butter it.
  5. Cooking over a charcoal grill or the oven on oiled paper at 200 degrees.
