
Taste of grilled octopus…
Preparation time: 4 hour.
Cooking time: 15 minutes.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Octopus
- A few Thyme Leaves
- 10 g Chilli Pepper
- 200 g Olive Oil
- 1 Table Spoon Balsamic
- Vinegar
- 2 Cloves of Crushed Garlic
- Salt
PREPARATION
For Sauce:
2 Table Spoon Olive Oil, 1 Dessert Spoon Thyme, 3 Cloves of Garlic, 1 Table Spoon Balsamic Vinegar, Salt
- Pound the octopus vigorously, thoroughly, and then put in a deep pot.
- Cover the octopus with water, add salt and cook for one hour.After cooking remove the octopus, place it on a tray and dry it for three hours under the sun.
- Add thyme, chilli, pepper and salt; allow the octopus with its spices to sit for approximately 15 minutes, then fry on a non-stick frying pan with olive oil.
- Add sauce and serve.
