  • 700 g Sea Bass Fillet
  • 100 g Capers
  • 3 Lemons
  • 5 Bay Leaves
  • 100 g Fresh Onion Leaf
  • Juice of 1 Orange
  • 5 g Black Pepper Corns
  • 200 g Salt


  1. Cut the fillets into thin slices.
  2. Add salt, lemon juice, bay leaves and water on the fish strips and marinate for approximately one day (add ice or keep refrigerated to ensure the freshness the fish).
  3. Remove the fish from the marinade and add olive oil, lemon juice, capers, orange juice and fresh onion.
  4. It is then ready for service..
