INGREDIENTS
- 700 g Sea Bass Fillet
- 100 g Capers
- 3 Lemons
- 5 Bay Leaves
- 100 g Fresh Onion Leaf
- Juice of 1 Orange
- 5 g Black Pepper Corns
- 200 g Salt
PREPARATION
- Cut the fillets into thin slices.
- Add salt, lemon juice, bay leaves and water on the fish strips and marinate for approximately one day (add ice or keep refrigerated to ensure the freshness the fish).
- Remove the fish from the marinade and add olive oil, lemon juice, capers, orange juice and fresh onion.
- It is then ready for service..
