INGREDIENTS
- 4 Large Jumbo Shrimps
- 100 g Olive Oil
- Salt
PREPARATION
For Sauce:
200 g Mayonnaise, 10 g Mustard, 2 Cloves of Garlic, 2 Leaves of Basil, Salt, Black Pepper
- Clean, salt and cook the shrimps on a grill.
- Then add sauce on the fleshy part of the shrimp and bake 7-8 minutes more in 220 degree oven.
- Grilled shrimp is ready to serve.
- Add sauce and serve.
Preparation of the Sauce
- Put mayonnaise in a container, add minced basil, garlic, mustard, salt and black pepper, then grind in blender.
