- 20 Shelled Mussels
- 5 Slices of Stale Bread
- (Crumbed)
- 1 Table Spoon of Yogurt
- 1 Clove of Garlic
- 1 Table Spoon of Olive Oil
- 1 Table Spoon of Vinegar
- 5 g Crushed Hazelnut
- 100 g Flour
- 1 Eggs
- 150 ml Mineral Water
- 200 g Oil
PREPARATION
- Arrange the shelled mussels on skewers.
- Salt well, sink in slurry and fry in oil.
- Prepare a dip sauce with bread crumbs, yogurt, olive oil, vinegar, salt, nut and garlic, and serve next to the mussels.
