FRIED MUSSELS

The insatiable taste of mussel…

Preparation time: 15 minutes.

Cooking time: 15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

  • 20 Shelled Mussels
  • 5 Slices of Stale Bread
  • (Crumbed)
  • 1 Table Spoon of Yogurt
  • 1 Clove of Garlic
  • 1 Table Spoon of Olive Oil
  • 1 Table Spoon of Vinegar
  • 5 g Crushed Hazelnut
  • 100 g Flour
  • 1 Eggs
  • 150 ml Mineral Water
  • 200 g Oil

PREPARATION

  1. Arrange the shelled mussels on skewers.
  2. Salt well, sink in slurry and fry in oil.
  3. Prepare a dip sauce with bread crumbs, yogurt, olive oil, vinegar, salt, nut and garlic, and serve next to the mussels.
