Subtle soya taste in the bream…

Preparation time: 15 minutes.

Cooking time: 20 minutes.


  • 600 g Bream
  • 50 g Fresh Ginger
  • 100 g Soya Sauce
  • 10 g Salt
  • Crystal Ice


  1. Slice the bream fillets into strips.
  2. Put water, ice and minced ginger inside the fish and marinate for 20 minutes.
  3. Dip in soya sauce and serve.
