Subtle soya taste in the bream…

Cooking time: 20 minutes.
INGREDIENTS
- 600 g Bream
- 50 g Fresh Ginger
- 100 g Soya Sauce
- 10 g Salt
- Crystal Ice
PREPARATION
- Slice the bream fillets into strips.
- Put water, ice and minced ginger inside the fish and marinate for 20 minutes.
- Dip in soya sauce and serve.
