A great dish of milk and fish…

INGREDIENTS
- 300 g Sea Bass Fillet
- 5 Shrimps
- 100 g Butter
- 100 g Mature Cheese
- 1 Green Capsicum
- (Green Pepper)
- 1 Tomato
- 2 Mushrooms
- 1 Red Capsicum (Red Pepper)
- Salt
PREPARATION
For Sauce:
500 ml Milk, 1 Table Spoon of Flour, Yolk of 1 Egg, 100 g Butter, Salt
- Clean the fish thoroughly and wash thoroughly with water.
- Fillet the fish and remove all the bones.
- Boil in a pan with 1 glass of water, sieve the water of the fish, put it in a plain casserole dish and pour the sauce so as to cover its surface.
- Then put grated mature cheese, butter, mushrooms, diced green and red capsicum, and tomato on it, fry in hot oven at 200 degrees for 30 min and make ready to serve.
