BREAM with PESTO SAUCE

A Mediterranean taste with bream…

Preparation time: 15 minutes.

Cooking time: 20 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

  • 700 g Bream
  • 200 g Cream
  • 20 g Pesto Sauce
  • 100 g Olive Oil
  • Black Pepper
  • Salt

PREPARATION

  1. Clean thoroughly and fillet the fish.
  2. Put olive oil on stove or oven tray and cook the fish for 20 min in 200 degree oven.
  3. Blend and boil cream and pesto sauce with black pepper and salt for 10 minutes in a separate pot then pour over the cooked fish.
