A Mediterranean taste with bream…
Preparation time: 15 minutes.
Cooking time: 20 minutes.
- 700 g Bream
- 200 g Cream
- 20 g Pesto Sauce
- 100 g Olive Oil
- Black Pepper
- Clean thoroughly and fillet the fish.
- Put olive oil on stove or oven tray and cook the fish for 20 min in 200 degree oven.
- Blend and boil cream and pesto sauce with black pepper and salt for 10 minutes in a separate pot then pour over the cooked fish.
