BLACK SEA TROUT and ROQUEFORT SAUCE

INGREDIENTS

  • 700 g Black Sea Trout
  • 150 g Roquefort Cheese
  • 200 g Cream
  • 100 g Olive Oil
  • Black Pepper Corns
  • Salt

PREPARATION

  1. Salt and cook the fish in grill, which is filleted or sliced according to your choice.
  2. Add cream roquefort cheese, black pepper corns and salt on the fish, then oven-cook for 5 minutes.
  3. You can decorate the fish with its sauce and serve.
