<li>Temizlenmiş kalamarı halka halka kesip haşlayalım. Aynı şekilde ahtapot ve karidesi de temizleyip haşlayalım. Zeytinyağı ile doğranmış sarımsakları kavuralım. Deniz mahsulleri ile birlikte krema, karabiber, tuz, fesleğen ve makarna ilave edip soteleyip makarnamızı hazırlayalım. Makarnamızı tabağa koyduktan sonra üzerine parmesan peyniri serpip servise hazır hale getirelim.</li>

<h4>Hazırlanışı</h4>
<ol>
<li>Hamsileri kılçıklarından ayırıp tuzlayalım. Soğanı, yemeklik şeklinde doğrayıp fıstıklar ile birlikte kavuralım.</li>
<li>Yıkadığımız pirinci ekleyip kavurmaya devam edelim. En son kuş üzümünü ve 2 bardak suyu ekleyip pişirelim. Karabiber ve tuzunu ekleyelim. Pilav dinlendikten sonra istersek maydanoz ekleyip karıştıralım.</li>
<li>Bu arada tek kişilik fırın kaplarını güzelce yağlayalım. Hamsilerin sırtı alta gelecek şekilde resimdeki gibi dizelim. İçine pilavı koyup hamsilerin sarkan kısımlarını üste katlayalım. Açıkta kalan yerleri de hamsi ile kapatalım.</li>
<li>Üzerinde birer parça tereyağı koyup 170 derece fırında 45 dk. kadar pişirelim.</li>

Daha sonra balığın üstüne biber, domates, limon, maydanoz, sarımsak, tane karabiber ve zeytinyağı koyup kağıdı üstüne saralım. 200 derecelik sıcak fırında 35 dakika pişirelim.</li>

<li>Balık filetosu hardal dövülmüş sarımsak, zeytinyağı ve değirmen karabiberle beraber 30 dk marine edilir. Daha sonra 200 derece sıcak fırında 20 dk pişirilir. Ispanakları bol suyla yıkayıp zeytinyağı ve taze soğan ile soteleyip servis tabağına yayılır. Ispanakların yayıldığı tabağın üstüne fırında pişen balık konularak servis edilir.</li>
